Mrs. Mixon honored by the Education Foundation

 

 

Mrs. Mixon was named a Jacksonville Education Foundation Influential Indian in 2016.   Mrs. Susan Phillips, longtime teacher with and then under Mrs. Mixon as principal, presented her with the award at JISD Convocation.  Many, many friends and family donated to JEF to distinguish her as an Influential Indian.
